Why do I offer "Pay to Appear" options?

Since I started this show, it has become increasingly popular and I have overhead costs that I pay out of my own pocket most times. I also do all the work from booking guests to episode publishing and marketing by myself. I am a one woman show! Whew! As much as I love my podcast, charging a fee allows me to enlist some help and build a team so I can book more guests and offer my listeners more inspiring resilience stories.

Now, I understand that not everyone can afford to pay for a podcast appearance, so I still have my free option. However, my pay-to-appear options are designed to help sustain and ensure the quality of my show. The fees collected from these appearances go directly towards production costs, marketing efforts, and providing my audience with high quality content. Additionally, it will allow me to invest in higher quality equipment, guest research, and promotional campaigns that allow your story to reach a broader audience.
